I'm a Florida native that has been practicing Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 2008, specializing in Sports and Medical Massage.

I recently earned my certification as a Lymphedema Therapist after noticing a shortage of qualified therapists, a lack of education, and the amount of misinformation about lymphedema.

As long as I can remember, I have had an interest in the human body, how it works and how changes are made within our bodies, both good and bad (wellness and disease). That curiosity has fueled my love and passion for wellness and made me the therapist I am today.

I strive to not only treat my clients, but to educate them so that they may understand how to better care for their own bodies and experience improved quality of life.

I'm a current member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), Florida State Massage Therapy Association (FSMTA), and the Central Florida Sports Massage Team. I also hold Personal Training, Fitness, and Nutrition certifications.

Sexual Misconduct

I strictly adhere to the professional laws and regulations that govern the practice of massage and bodywork in our state. Additionally, I endorse the ethical guidelines set forth by the State Department of Public Health, the state Massage Therapy Board, the Florida State Massage Therapy Association, and the American Massage Therapy Association.

Florida Statute 480.0485 Sexual misconduct in the practice of massage therapy. —

The massage therapist-patient relationship is founded on mutual trust. Sexual misconduct in the practice of massage therapy means violation of the massage therapist-patient relationship through which the massage therapist uses that relationship to induce or attempt to induce the patient to engage, or to engage or attempt to engage the patient, in sexual activity outside the scope of practice or the scope of generally accepted examination or treatment of the patient. Sexual misconduct in the practice of massage therapy is prohibited.

Confidentiality

In keeping with my confidentiality policy, should we encounter each other in a public place, I will only communicate with you if you approach me first. You are free and welcome to approach me anytime you see me. To prevent possible social discomfort with you and anyone you may be with, I will not approach you. Please, do not interpret this as anything other than respecting your privacy.
