Cancellation Policy
"Last Minute" cancellations (less than 2-hour notice) and "No Shows" will be charged the full session price.
Health & Safety
For client safety, the massage table/Thai mat, and any tools or linens used during the treatment, are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Please CANCEL and reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, or if you have been in close contact with someone that is ill.
Behavior Policy
If a client exhibits inappropriate behavior of any kind, at any time, the session will be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. This includes sexual, aggressive, and discriminatory behavior.
No refund will be provided, the incident will be reported/documented, and the client will be blocked from accessing future services.

Sexual Misconduct
I strictly adhere to the professional laws and regulations that govern the practice of massage and bodywork in our state. Additionally, I endorse the ethical guidelines set forth by the State Department of Public Health, the state Massage Therapy Board, the Florida State Massage Therapy Association, and the American Massage Therapy Association.

The massage therapist-patient relationship is founded on mutual trust. Sexual misconduct in the practice of massage therapy means violation of the massage therapist-patient relationship through which the massage therapist uses that relationship to induce or attempt to induce the patient to engage, or to engage or attempt to engage the patient, in sexual activity outside the scope of practice or the scope of generally accepted examination or treatment of the patient. Sexual misconduct in the practice of massage therapy is prohibited.
Confidentiality
In keeping with my confidentiality policy, should we encounter each other in a public place, I will only communicate with you if you approach me first. You are free and welcome to approach me anytime you see me. To prevent possible social discomfort with you and anyone you may be with, I will not approach you. Please, do not interpret this as anything other than respecting your privacy.
